Refund and Returns Policy

Returns:

  • We accept returns of all UNOPENED, UNUSED, and UNDAMAGED products within 7 days of receipt. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment after a return inspection. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing once we receive the items. Contact us at [email protected] for return assistance.

  • A shipping label will be provided for returns, but please note that shipping fees are at our discretion and will vary case-by-case. This fee will be deducted from the refund total.

  • Note: All E-liquids are NON-RETURNABLE once opened or seal is broken.

Warranty:

  • Due to product nature, we do not accept returns of used products for hygienic and safety reasons.

Devices:

  • Our policy includes a 7-day warranty period from the delivery date. After 7 days, file a warranty claim with the manufacturer.
  • Warranty does not cover wear and tear, misuse, accidental damages, leaking, or external components.
  • We offer a one-time replacement or refund to the original form of payment.

Disposables:

  • Warranty for disposable vapes is at our discretion on a case-by-case basis.
  • Email [email protected] for issues; defective disposables receive refunds to the original payment method.
  • We do not offer exchanges or replacements for disposable vapes.

Covered Issues:

  • Dead on arrival, auto-firing, leaking on arrival.

Not Covered:

  • Flavor, expected lifespan of the vape.

Not Covered Items:

  • Replacement coils, pods, glass, tanks, atomizers, e-juices.

Defective Products:

  • Returns of defective products are eligible for replacement within 14 days of purchase.
  • Customers cover all shipping costs for defective product returns, unless received dead on arrival.

Missing/Broken Items:

  • Report missing/broken items within 48 hours of receipt. Glass products and accessories are not covered unless broken on arrival.

Order Cancellation:

  • Contact [email protected] with “Cancel Request: Order #” for cancellations.
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled. Customers may refuse the package or return it for a refund.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Store credit may be issued if refund to original payment method is not possible.

Lost and Stolen Packages:

  • VapeXYZ is not liable for lost or stolen packages post-delivery confirmation. Claims must be made directly with the shipping carrier.
