What is the timeframe for receiving a refund?

Normally, refunds are processed directly to your bank card and can take approximately 3 to 15 days. The exact duration depends mainly on the processing time of your local bank.

Please allow 1 – 5 business days for processing and production before your order is shipped out.

We accept payments through Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), Direct bank transfers, and Crypto Wallet. We do not accept cash payments.

For countries eligible for the DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) method, no customs clearance is required, and there are no duties for you to pay (except for Canada). Your orders will be safely delivered to you.

The prices of orders include all taxes, including customs duties (except for Canada).

What's the shipping policy?

Free shipping is available for orders within the United States and Australia. For select countries, we offer the DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) method, eliminating the need for customs clearance and duties on your end.

Note: Shipments to European countries, excluding the UK, will be cleared in Germany and then shipped to other European destinations from there.
